((An OC blog for roleplaying. Muse is Sean Sigma, the (full-Gallifreyan) son of the Third Doctor. His mental, physical, and somewhat emotional state is early 20s but he is actually only ten in human years. He was raised by the Nihon no Gaikoku Hito, a race of human-like aliens who took on the characteristics of the Japanese, and joined UNIT after his first encounter with them when the Third offered him their help and support and left after his first regeneration when his father thought he died. OOC: Accents of the Muse Part 1

For some reason, I always imagined Sean having a Scottish accent in his second incarnation albeit his original one being English (kind of an elegant cockney actually). Or he still speaks with the English accent but he at least rolls his r’s like Seven.
